need help finding someone

Anyone know how to use search info on the Internet really well. Met someone whom I have number, and full name for, but am never reaching them at home. Have no voice mail or answering machine. I would like to drop them a note at the very least, but the number seems to be unlisted. Suggestions?

Someone I met weekend before last. I do have his number....I tried it a couple times Thurs. last week and a couple this week. It must be a legit number, just rings and rings though. When we met discussed making a future date to go hear the same band we were seeing when we met at a future time. Based on the conversation and course of hanging out that evening....just didn't seem like a "player" or "bullshitter" type situation. Actually I asked for his number as a last minute parting thing....he asked for mine early on. Typical of course we shared the numbers on like torn pieces of a menu....I know he may not have chosen to call, but also may have lost it, plus I know he was traveling the week after we met. I was going to let him know the band's schedule as he recently moved to the area ( a city near mine, but not my city). As well I've never been shy...I was going to ask him out to an upcoming theatre production (that's something we talked about too). I just thought since I'm not reaching by phone a pleasant different way of saying "nice to have met you" is by card/note. Actually a card is easier to ignore if that's his direction and if not its a nice/different alternative way to say "I found you interesting" ....anyway bottom line is I'm not a real patient individual....I cannot fathom how people operate in today's world without voice mail my goodness my goodness gotta have it myself.

Anyway long answer to good thought on your part Lust Engine...I am like so wide awake this morning.

As for the card idea, I agree with you. Can be just a memory jog with contact information that he may have lost. Still distant enough though that he can discard. Can't see why he wouldn't want to talk with ya' though.

Oh and for a cool trick, a local county apraiser's web site can be fun. you can see prop value, amt paid, and even the taxes on a site. I have chris carter, Jimmy Buffett and a few others right down the street from me.

Thank you guys for the info and the compliments....boosted my ego a bit too. I learned a few things to investigate on the Internet and may have use for in the future too. Never connected by phone with the person mentioned in the thread, but probably won't drop a note at this point.

Yeah certainly if he was interested enough to contact he would have...I was just gonna ask him to a particular event. Hmmm seemed like an awful lot of conversation between us for him not to be interested in meeting up again, but whatever who knows what's going on with anyone's personal shit...you know? I usually perceive a little better.
