Need advice...

It's odd of me to be doing this so please forgive my clumsy errors... I have met a woman online that I find very compatible personality wise... I was offered a chance to meet her and was wondering if it would be wise to accept... we have had numerous online and telephone conversations and I feel that she may be someone who I potentially want to be with for a long time... Please give me some advice as to go about how to meet her... and make her feel that I love her

Ok, First, just make her feel safe. Offer to meet her in a public place, during the day (a restaurant with reservations, for lunch, is nice). Then just be honest and be yourself. If she's right for you, there's nothing more to do.

Lower your goal a few degrees. IMHO you need to be yourself, and not set out to make her feel loved at your first face-to-face meeting. Make her feel like you like apple pie, make her feel like she has your undivided attention, make her feel like not all men are pigs.... there's time enough to see if it grows into something that special later.

Lunch is a great idea, it has less overtones than dinner, but more structure than coffee... go for it, be careful, and have a nice meal.
