I want to know.. how can I add a gif.animation type avatar ?

I mean I did try .. it was in the prescribed size limit and resolution but still everytime
I upload it gives error?

but recently I saw a guy with gif avatar of man licking woman?

Well, I have mastered resizing jpegs but I have this animated gif that I'd really like as an av. I know that some people do have animation in their av but whenever I try and do it, I can never get the filesize small enough. So here it is. I've posted the original, unedited version as I get the feeling that my attempts on it have only made things worse.

As far as I know animated AVs are not accepted anymore (since the last v-bulletin upgrade), those that have them would have had them before the upgrade and if they remove them they can't get them back.

What were you using to resize it?

Photoshop but I'm a bit of a dunce with it. I didn't know that animated avs weren't allowed any more. Perhaps I should give up on this one then?

I just tried to load one and got this message.

I use Paint shop pro mostly, don't really have the patience for photoshop these days.
I can resize it if you want.
 
Very good, though alas I just found out I can't even use it until I hit 100 posts! lol
