Hopefully, these work for you. I use http://www.irfanview.com/ for resizing. It's a very easy program to use and it resized by pixels and not KBs.

You need 100 posts to put up an AV. Just a few more for you. If you have a problem, e.g., the picture not showing, then reboot your computer.
