Downtowner, that pic is fine for your profile pic. To add it go to your 'User CP' (control panel) and click on 'Edit Profile Pic'. Upload the picture and you should be fine.

You're most welcome V. I use IrfanView.com

Under the 'Image' file is resize/resample. Most of the time I just change the size and save it. I don't know why I had trouble with your av pic. I tried many different things and the KB size just wouldn't change to the required 15kb or less.

So I tried other programs and found 'Picture It 9' from Microsoft (I didn't know it was there). I changed the size to the '150 x 150' and the kb went from a 23ish to a 6ish... beats me. Then I went back to the IrfanView program.

I honestly don't know how it worked!

I have been trying to load an avatar but how? I don't see anywhere I can upload it. I have loaded a profile pic but when I go to edit avatar it is preselected and has nowhere for me to upload.
