NBA Finals!

Damnit Ilgauskas don't just stand there, put a hand in the guys face at least. gees. And LeBron needs to calm down and not rush things so much.

Spurs up by 5 at the half. I wouldn't say the game is sloppy, but if they can tighten things up, it might rise to that level.

Spurs up by 8 after three quarters. Duncan is not doing well. Neither is LeBron.

Lead's down to four and the Cav's are showing signs of life. Typical fourth quarter Cavalier ball with Tony Parker on the bench.

Cavs are up by one. Getting interesting. Hope they win this one.
And now the Spurs are up five after the longest play in history.

Come on Cav's, win at least one.

Really - handed it over. Not this time. Too Bad,

Spurs win by one, Spurs sweep. At least the series is over. There will be no replays of the games. Instead they will show an exciting movie of paint drying.

How droll.

Thought I would check in. I took myself off my prescription for blood thinners a couple of days ago, and got hit with a migraine tonight. Still, I managed to watch most of the game.

I'm sure there will be a lot of bitching; there always is. I really don't give a shit about that and couldn't be 'arsed' about it.

4 Championships on 9 years. 3 in 5.

The Spurs are THE best team in the NBA right now. Period. No, they aren't flashy; they don't have alleged rapists or wife-beaters on the roster, nor any drug scandals as of yet. No self-congratulatory egos who appear in bad kid's movies.

The Spurs are just a collection of damn good players who play AS A TEAM.

Their personality lies within that cohesion, not within the ego of one or a few 'key' players. That is why I love the Spurs. There is a humility there that I find lacking in the majority of other teams. A group dynamic of strength.

The Spurs are a new dynasty. And, I dare to say, one of the best in NBA history.

But don't take my word for it. I'm biased. :D

Have a good night, guys. It was fun following this series with you.

'Til next year . . . ;)
