"Naughty Nurse"

"What are you saying...? What the hell are you saying?"
The past week had been just one disappointment after another for Peter "Bert" Bertram. First, he bought a car he couldn't afford, expecting a raise that didn't pan out; then he flat out lost his job; then -- with his mind somewhere other than the road on which he was speeding -- he lost control of his car and rammed into a barricade, breaking or cracking several bones and doing soft tissue damage to his back.
And now, after learning that his insurance didn't cover home nursing assistance, his girl friend of six years was leaving him for a man she'd been fucking on the side for almost a year!
"Who's gonna take care of me?" he hollered through the house as he listened to her gathering her things and stuffing them into cases and bags. "You said you'd be here for me."
She didn't respond for a long moment, finally stepping out in front of him -- looking him up and down in his motion-preventing upper body cast -- and saying, "I called a home care service. They're sending someone out as we speak. You have enough savings to get you through this, so ... relax."
She turned away and began hauling her bags out as he screamed in disbelief, "RELAX...? ARE YOU KIDDING ME ... RELAX?"
He continued talking to her -- asking questions, making demands -- but she ignored him as she continued carting her things out the front door to car in the driveway. Each time she would come back into the house, Bert would start again.
Finally, she simply didn't come back in. Bert didn't hear the car start and assumed she was still here. But after several minutes a new voice sounded at the door, and Bert knew his lover -- former lover -- was indeed gone.
"Mister Bertram...?"
She sounded young, Bert thought, younger than his 42 years. He called out, "In here!"
She came around the corner ... and without a moment's hesitation, Bert's mind exploded with fantasies at the erotic beauty of this young woman before him.
