This plot bunny hopped my way today.

The place: a privately-run prison. Inter-inmate violence has reached unacceptable levels. The (corporate) warden hires a consultant to suggest changes.

The plan: strip all prisoners naked, so they can't conceal shivs or other weapons or contraband on their bodies. All prisoners must remain naked 24/7. Jailbreaks will be reduced -- any naked person (with their number spray-painted on their chest and back) in the prison's vicinity is an escapee.

The consequence: hilarity results.

Variant: The private prison has men's and women's wings. The plan works so well with the men that the warden decides to implement it on the women's side also. More hilarity results.

This has many possibilities in GM, Lez, Group, BDSM, non-con, interracial, etc, but *I* will not try to write the story/stories. (Yes, this could spin-off a zillion tales.)

OK, no cop-out. Once the prisoners (all genders) are all naked, some guards start stripping-down too. Then all the guards. Male and female guards share a common break room. Being naked, they begin 'consorting'. The kitchen and wait staff (inmate trustees, naked, of course) become involved with the bare-assed guards. Hilarity results.

Civilians visiting inmates must get naked before entering the prison. This includes friends and family, legal and spiritual counselors, inspectors, reporters, suppliers, etc. A new rule takes effect: the only personal items that may be brought to inmates are documents, condoms, and lubricants. More hilarity.

Why not just make the prison co-ed to begin with...no separate gender blocks, male and female inmates share cells together due to budget constraints.

I think that might strain credulity a bit.

CV: I used to live near prisons. The men's (Chino) and women's (Norco) prisons were a couple dozen miles apart. I don't think that was accidental.

I'll admit that I haven't kept up with recent developments in privately-run prisons. Have ANY gone co-ed?

Prisons are not co ed because if they were the female prisoners would be gang raped often.

Supposedly a prison is where law breakers go to learn how to not do that. In actual terms they learn how to not get caught as easily.

That said, I can see a nude prison being privately run being nude simply because they can set up webcams everywhere and it is a porn site. No seriously, most of the men and women in prison are fit, or get there because they are in prison. So if they are always naked and wanting sex but not having anyone to do, they would happily talk and play as directed.

If the prisoners are going to be full-on naked 24/7, gang rape would happen regardless of co-ed facilities or not. I'm thinking, if the inmates were encouraged to fuck to ease otherwise pent-up aggression, that might work.

The prison should have a men's and women's wing. They are in the same building, just not in the same sections so they don't see each other.

But they could have the same infirmary, so the male and female prisoners would cross paths whenever they get admitted to the doctor's office for an injury or illness.
