A while back, I was dating a guy, and we had a VERY intimate and close relationship, but due to me not being able to be OUT, I gave up the man of my dreams.
Fast forward, I am in a traditional marriage with 2 kids and he pops back into my life via Facebook, we reconnect, and we realize that we still love each other. My wife is obviously less than pleased, this sets off a 2month back and forth internal struggle between wanting to get back with the man of my dreams, or staying with an established family.
Wrote a nice story for Lit that I am having edited and proofread now that is this but expanded with a fantasy where my wife is cool with it.
Bottom line, the next person who complains to me about being conflicted over ANYTHING walks away with a concussion.
