Looks like it would work. I'd add chocolate chips and Cheddar cheese.
Mine today is Italian Sausage, beef, onions, garlic 3 beans... Trying Serrano pepper for the kick this time. I never added the noodles. Sometimes I make Mac and Cheese to go with.
