Y'all are great, you know that? Every last one of you.

Anyway, this li'l ol' thread is about my vegetable garden. The squash blossoms are gone now. They were delicious. Here's a recipe:

2 cups squash blossoms
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons flour
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 egg
oil for frying

Mix all ingredients except oil in a bowl. Flatten the squash blossoms. Soak them in the batter for about ten minutes. Fry those little sexies in the oil, turning once. So delicious!

I'm thinking that my cabbages will be done soon! *giggles with glee*

Ever get green sprouts on your garlic? Don't throw it out! Cut off those little green cuties, and sprinkle them on food for a mild garlic flavor. *hugs and giggles*
