Congrats, EE. That was a well-earned accomplishment. And is it just me, or is your undie set a different color than on PB's thread?

It was the health reasons that puched me to lose it.


My blood pressure was 140/90

Now its down to a nice low
110/70

Health reasons are what have pushed me to lose weight, too. I have low blood pressure and healthy levels of cholesterol, etc, but I do have arthritis...and osteoperosis (sp!) runs in my family. I also carry the majority of my weight between my shoulders and my hips... making me "apple-shaped". People who carry their weight in that way are most likely to have a heart attack, adult onset diabetes, and a slew of other medical problems.

I'm also just tired of being tired all of the time!

I'm eating (somewhat) better now...and working out 3-5 times a week. I figure 9-10 months is more than reasonable to lose the 60lbs I need/want to drop.

Oh... btw - this was the model of my "now" body.
