They're pretty cool :)

For some reason I've been on a Dead Milkmen kick lately
the name is familiar, but not sure what songs they do..... for some reason the songs "bitchin' camaro" and "punk rock girl" are coming to mind, but maybe that's the dead kennedys. too many singing dead people for me to keep straight, I guess. lol.

I dunno if I ever really like my job, but there are some days I get some really nice perks, like many, many glimpses of 18 y/o ass. today was one of those days. have mercy. dunno about the girl's personality, but she is cute as hell and I'd lick her all day long if she'd let me. :p

You're a dirty old man - shame. ;)

yep. believe me, I feel horrible about it. :D
RIGHT!!!! You need to work on your sincerity cuz I'm not buying your story. :p You probably do feel horrible - just cuz you can't get your filthy mitts on her. ;)

well, that is pretty disappointing, but such is life.

here's what I'm curious about. can a woman tell that a man is thinking naughty thoughts like that? like he'd like to eat her for lunch and dinner, I mean. the reason I ask is there were a few times where it seemed like she kind of turned away, like she knew I was looking or something and she didn't like it. then a few minutes later I'd get the ass again, so I didn't know if I was being paranoid or not. I mean, I try to be really subtle, but maybe I'm not as successful as I think.

you women is a mystery.

That's them :)

I'm such a suck-up sometimes when it comes to females. today I fixed it so thong girl could do an easier job at work, even tho it meant I wouldn't get any looks at that magnificent ass.

butterfly jones

I've spent a lot of time and posts in this thread pimping for a fantastic little band called dada. well, this time it's butterfly jones.... and it has nothing to do with the fact that 2 members of dada are also in butterfly jones. ok... maybe it does a little bit. I mean, I'd have thought that the songs were great, anyway, but I probably never would have heard of them if not for the dada connection.

Are We In Love Again

Monday was our big disaster
Tuesday we fell back in bliss
Wednesday you were through
'Til Thursday night when you adored me

I'm either walkin' through your field of eggshells
Or skating down your street of dreams
I don't mean to stir this pot of gold
But there's one thing I've got to know this morning

So
Are we in love again
Is it off is it on
Are we going am I gone
Are we in love again
Is it wrong is it real
Baby tell me what to feel
And I will pretend
That you meant what you said
And we'll jump back into bed
I don't want it to end
So - are we in love again

Sometimes I get the strangest feeling
That we have both been here before
And I don't want to spoil your meal
But babe how do we feel this evening

So
Are we in love again
Is it off is it on
Are we going am I gone
Are we in love again
Is it wrong is it real
Baby tell me what to feel
And I will pretend
That you meant what you said
And we'll jump back into bed
I don't want it to end
So - are we in love again

Cause your love's like a rain fallin' down on me
Yeah it feels so good and it feels so free
And I can't escape
There's no one like you that can turn me on
When we're lyin' here in the naked dawn
I can see forever now

smokin' guitar solo

So
Are we in love again
Is it off is it on
Are we going am I gone
Are we in love again
Is it wrong is it real
Baby tell me what to feel
And I will pretend
That you meant what you said
And we'll jump back into bed
Will this ever end
So - are we in love again

Are we in love again
Are we in love again
Are we in love -

The Mist comes out WENSDAY!!!! :nana: :nana:
so, has anyone seen it yet? I'm not even sure if I knew it was being made into a movie until I saw the ad a couple of weeks ago. at first I thought it would probably suck, like a lot of the movies based on SK stories. then I saw another commercial and found out that andre braugher is in it.... I used to love watching homicide: like on the street and I always thought he was a pretty good actor, so that raised my expectations a bit.

the clincher was hearing that the mist is a frank darabont film. he's the guy that made the shawshank redemption and the green mile, maybe the 2 best SK-based movies there are. now I'm thinking there's a good chance the mist might be a pretty decent movie. unfortunately, it's gonna be a few weeks til I have some spare cash.

still talking to myself, apparently....

I heard a song this morning on bob and tom that cracked me up. the guy introduced it as something like, "a song for people who wish their spouse wouldn't wake up in the morning," or something like that, then went on to explain that the whole marriage thing didn't work out like he thought it would. the song turned out to be about how he can't get any from his wife because, "when she says no she means no. hell no."

actually, the chrous kinda describes me, except for the fact that I've never been married:

I couldn't get laid when I was single
if you throwed me in a woman's prison
I was a poster child for total rejection
celibacy is my cross to carry
I couldn't get laid when I was single
so I guess I'll just say married

I can hear the charlie brown christmas playing on the tv in the other room. in the old days, I'd have been in there watching it. cb, the grinch, rudolph... the christmas trinity. had to see them every year.

last few years, tho, it's been kind of hit and miss. I watch them if I can. it just bugs me that they keep showing them earlier and earlier. in a couple of years they won't even wait til after thanksgiving.

I could be wrong, but it seems like when we were kids they waited til the last couple of weeks before christmas.... it definitely seemed to be a more christmas-y time of year... maybe it'd be colder or there would be snow on the ground. maybe, like linus said a few minutes ago, I'm just one of those people that can take anything happy and turn it into something depressing. of all the mrtn's in the world, I'm the charlie browniest.

I have not seen it but I don't think I'm going to. I read the spoiler and I like the book too much to enjoy the changes that were made.

I agree with you. They are showing the Grinch tonight. It bugs me that they show stuff so early...I mean, come on, it's not even December yet! My favorite is Emmett Otter's Jug Band Christmas. I got it on DVD a few years ago :)

I tried to add emmett otter to my list on netflix. either it's not available on dvd anymore or they just don't have it. I guess I'll check amazon and some other places.

I got mine at Target :)

So far this is all I can find on the question you gave me in the tv thread... don't know if it's right or not though!

It's a Porsche 356 convertible, or possibly a Speedster. These were made from about 1955 to 1964 in various models.

that's more than I found. where did you get that? and thanks...

Off the imdb website :D It was in the question/comment section, that's why I'm not sure if it's correct or not.

chat on AIM?

bored, lonely, slightly high 43 y/o sw ohio male looking for a female to chat with. I'm not talking cyber, tho I have done that in the past and there's nothing wrong with it if you're into it. just looking for someone to pass some time with.

I'm a pretty nice guy, reluctantly single. I'm into music.... mostly classic rock but I like a little bit of everything except rap and opera. I like to play games like trivial pursuit and I spend a lot of time playing a scrabble-ish game called literati on yahoo games.

I used to read a lot in my pre-internet days. I don't do it so much anymore but just finished re-reading The Green Mile and The Stand by Stephen King. (I'm pretty sure it was about the bazilionth time I've read The Stand.) I like movies and I watch quite a bit of tv..... I can spell, my grammar is fairly decent (altho the way I type it doesn't always come across) and I can carry on a conversation about any number of things as long as it's nothing that requires too much thought .

I'm hammsterusa on AIM.... gonna be here for an hour or so, maybe more...

wow... no millificent. no SL69. no butterscotch. none of the other ladies that used to stop in occasionally and say hi. :(

I feel like singing pink floyd's comfortably numb, with some slightly altered lyrics:
hello (hello, hello).... is there anybody out there?
just nod if you can hear me
is there anyone home?

Hey! I've just been busy :)

You haven't been watching Tin Man by any chance, have you?
and sadly, I'm the first thing that falls by the wayside when people get busy. lol. oops, I mean *sigh*

no, haven't been watching tin man. I think zooey deschanel is cute, but from what I read about the show I didn't think it would appeal to me... her cuteness notwithstanding.

p.s. btw, ms. busy-ness, you also received a PM sometime in the last few days. ;)

I'll be glad when this month is over. whenever the holidays start to roll around I start wishing I had someone besides family to share them with. that kind of thinking naturally leads me to think about "the girl". I had been doing pretty good at keeping my mind off of her, but the last few days she's started playing there again....
