My Theory on Middle East Relations(humorous, I hope)

Let us think about the region for a moment...hot, hilly and sandy, with a few good pieces of land near large rivers. I suspect that the culture of teh region, including the religion, developed around the idea of getting and keeping as much of the good land as possible. Plus, the strict nature of the religions must cause severe sexual frustration. Why else would so many young men be willing to die to reach an afterlife where they can have guilt-free sex? Add the heat making everyone constantly sticky and ill-tempered, and you have a recipe for disaster!

My answer? Central air and porn. If everyone cools off(literally) and has a good wank, maybe they won't be so eager to kill each other!
