My first Presidential vote was for Obama, twice. I voted for Trump because I detested Clinton. I voted for Trump again, despite his many bad faults, he was a strong advocate for America

Biden and his administration showed weakness to the world, the withdrawal from Afghanistan shwed weakness. The engagement with Iran, without getting anything in return, showed weakness. The money for prisoners shows weakness.

The refusal to meet the PM of Israel showed weakness. All this showed Hamas that he wouldn't back Israel. This emboldened them.

Having said all that, since the war started, he has been strong in his support

Gosh, it sounds like you are totally fair and balanced. Let Biden know, and you can become the new Secretary of State.

Your mistake is to fondly imagine that the current ME - or rather a new phase of the continuous ME conflict - solely revolves around the US and the US President.

The events in Gaza stem in large part from Netanyahu’s policy of walling off the Palestinians in Gaza and ignoring them. He was warned by his own security services, other Govts, that something big was brewing, yet he ignored them. Like all weak men, Trump included, they cannot abide contrary opinion and then inevitably reality bites and people die. Netanyahu divided Israeli society, he fought a divisive internal battle with the judiciary, and security forces. He put his interests above the welfare of his country, just as Trump does. Netanyahu actively encouraged support for Hamas, believing that Hamas would prevent the establishment of a separate viable state and that was in Israel’s interests and would keep Israel ‘safe’.

Iran’s involvement is the other issue. The major nations negotiated the JPAC deal with Iran to head off them acquiring nuclear weapons and to normalise relations. Trump then spiked the deal out of spite. Who knows where Iran could be now if the US had kept its word and honoured the deal. Netanyahu also urged Trump to spike the deal. Two short sighted and weak men storing up problems for the future.

You’re not by any chance related to Ismail Haniyeh are you? So what you’re insinuating is that Israel going through the pains of the democratic process deserved the slaughter brought upon by Hamas, a surrogate of Iran.

The JCPOA was a sham deal swallowed hook line and sinker by lefties like you. We appeased N Korea for years, how’d that work out?

The JCPOA was an effective nuclear non proliferation agreement. 45 bailed on it.

Silly boy. The deal was signed by the five permanent members of the UN and the EU. ‘Lefties‘ is just toddler insults.

As for Trump performing fellatio on Kim Jung-un, personally I think he took appeasement to a new level. Do you think Trump swallowed?

Yes, and things got really great when the former President publicly "fell in love" with the North Korean leader and accepted Putin's account of reality over that of our NATO allies. Now KJU and Putin are working together. How'd that work out?

On the contrary invading Afghanistan to root out bin laden but getting stuck in a twenty years long quagmire there just feeding more and more of our troops into the meat grinder is what showed the world weakness. If anything it showed incredible strength of character for Biden to rip the bandaid off and get us out no matter how fucked up it got in the execution of the withdrawal from there.

A two-time Trump voter finds fault with President Joe Biden's Middle East policy.
Gosh, what an unusual hot take.

Netanyahu's five year policy of forbidding the importation of concrete into Gaza has resulted in buildings that are not very structurally sound, which guarantees excessive casualties during rocket attacks.

A retired Israeli general referred to Gaza as the "world's largest open-air prison".

45 bailed and was correct for doing so.

Negative, it was not an effective nuclear proliferation agreement. IAEA is not allowed on military sites, how can that be considered a comprehensive inspection. The IAEA is complicit, the IAEA Board of governors decided against a resolution to censure Iran for that very reason. Biden’s new deal is just as flawed.

I guess you also believe Iran’s ballistic missile program is for peaceful purposes and will never be used for nuclear weapons. Iran is a Pariah, they are a global threat and a state sponsor of terror.

Incorrect. They were not allowed on some sites but had ways to monitor those sites.

Iran with nuclear weapons is worse. The JCPOA made sure they didn't get them. 45 made sure that we couldn't enforce the JCPOA.

The old saying ‘Sun Tzu‘ “keep your friends close; your enemies closer”.

Pie in the sky! We tried that bullshit with Pakistan and N Korea. I believe Iran has nuclear weapons already.

The fact you believe the monitors are accurate is comical.

They were not allowed on some sites? They had ways to monitor those sites? More pie in the sky bullshit! They just go deeper underground.

Ah, yes, Asshopper. Kissing the asses of despots is truly the path to enlightenment.
And yet no wars during Trump’s term. The inhalation of ISIS, Obama’s JV team. Trump kicked Putin in the balls while smiling at his face. When Trump drew a line in the sand ya best gets you ass out.

The agreement was in place as well as the enforcement measures. Not having patience to allow it to work was the reason it failed.

The fact you believe the monitors are accurate is comical.
They were accurate enough to detect.nuclear development. You believing otherwise is typical.

They were not allowed on some sites? They had ways to monitor those sites? More pie in the sky bullshit! They just go deeper underground.
That's not how it works. You can't hide nuclear development...in fact, the reason we know that they are currently working towards a weapon is because we still have monitoring in place.

Your position on nuclear non proliferation of Iran is ignorant.

We were able to prevent them getting nukes. Now we are not.
