My story submission is still pending

I have submitted a story almost two weeks back and its still showing pending. I tried contacting Literotica through email but I didn't receive any replies from them. Also I haven't received a single view from them. It still shows zero views in the view box.

Has anyone had such pending issues and if you have, please tell me how to resolve it?

actually, you're apparently right to doubt at least part of it. the franks did import it, but the frank in frank incense refers to the quality of the incense and not the franks themselves.
