My story edit is stuck in Pending for more than a week

I submitted an edit to one of my stories more than a week ago, following the site rules of remaking a submission with the same title including the descriptor "edit".

However, the story has been stuck on Pending and I have no way of getting a response from support. Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

I have been waiting quite a long time..No answer
1. for 4 edited stories submitted 2 weeks ago
2. 1 new story..it was sent back because it did not meet competition criteria..but now I just want to publish ( been edited 6 times)
Please help...or just answer me..?
