I was only referring to the risk-taking.I wasn't saying that taking risks was a mistake. I was saying that if you make a mistake, and you don't work to correct it, then that's a bad thing.

Mm. True enough, I suppose. But I don't believe in perfection.It just means you find something else to do.

Mhm. That's something I'd agree with. I think of it like diminishing returns. You're going to put more and more in for less and less, until you're putting in massive amounts of energy/effort for very little reward. But then, and only then, do I think you're close to perfection. Never quite there, but close.the world is dynamic. if perfection were to be attained, continued effort would nonetheless be required to sustain it.
just saw a T25 commercial and was reminded of you. it must be satisfying to get through the first few days of that program and have it as a part if your routine. keep at it. you're gonna feel great.
I don't own a kindle. I agree with you about paper books!
If anything, people with e-readers are missing out on being able to slam a book shut when someone annoys you. Fiercely pressing the power button just lacks that 'oomf' factor.
