my printer wont bloody work

i have a new printer and my computer doesnt recognise it. i have a HPdeskjet656c and the only ones listed are the HPdeskjet (500,600,700)ahhhh

anyone have any idea as how i should tackle this problem

perhaps there is software that needs to be installed. i dont know im not very good with these things. try calling the 800 number for assisitance.

Insert the CD that came with the computer in your CD drive and let autorun fix all your problems.

If there wasn't a CD with the printer, go back to where you bought it and complain. f they won't help, call HP's customer service number or log onto HP's website. You can try the driver for the Deskjet 600 -- it should work for any of the 600 series printers although the model specific driver would be preferable.
