My mother made a prediction...

She claims i will be married by the time I'm 25....I'll be 21 soon....

I seriously think this is a bunch of horse doo-doo....
So the question is, have your parents made predictions about your life? Said, " little johnny will be a (fill in with whatever)"?

When she was seven my mother told her friend that she'd have a little girl named [my name] who had blonde hair, blue eyes, and pale white skin.

She's also told me that I'm going to have a boy and that he'll be olive skinned, very intelligent, and have a love of music.

My grandmother makes these predictions frequently. It's actually her way of saying what she wants for me.

She's picked out the man for me. He's someone i had a relationship with in college and hurt me very badly. As long as he was married, my grandmother said, "Mg's going to be an old-maid. She doesn't need a man to have to wait on."

He's divorced for the second time and now my grandmother says, "Mg might decide to get married one day. "

Her message boils down to he's the only one i should marry and if i can't have him, i'm better off alone.

My mother picked a guy I went to college with as the guy I would marry. We were good friends, but that's it.

i find that pretty amazing actually ... forgetting about being right about the hair and eyes ... its pretty special she knew your name at such a young age
