I am trying to post some pics, but it says my files are too big. What could I do?

Try using Irfanview mate it is a free program
I usually save my pics at 640 x 480 and then if they are still too big adjust the brightness and contrast

just use your paint and under stretch/skew, you can selct a percentage to cut them down by!
