Tell me about it! I have nothing to do till 7 am my time and I can not sleep at all.
I hate when that happens - its watch a video and play time!!

Ok rewind that. I read that wrong. Lol I hear that helps a lot of guys. I personally have not found a thing to help me sleep short of meds. And they only work some of the time.
