Hey just the every few days update. Sight is still blurry in the right eye, though bubble is gone. Apparently its going to take some time for the cornea to heal and for me to see right again

Good news!

I didn't want to say anything before but a friend of mine had serious troubles with his corneal surgery. VERY glad that yours went smoothly and everything is working out the way it is supposed to be working out.

-nods- well with my retina surgery...there was only a 10-15% failure rate, and they could still do a second which dropped the failure rate to 5%. The big thing that we were worried about was cataracts...which occur roughly 50% of the time. However she had been a bit more hopeful I wouldn't, because coming into the surgery my lenses were crystal clear...and so far it seems that its all going well.

Well been a little while since I updated so figured I would. Vision is still blurry out of my right eye, have a doctors appointment on Monday, so hopefully she can just say I have to wait it out. Though whats concerned me is some sharp pains along the bottom of the eye socket. Thinking it might be just strain from too much computer use, but we'll see. Supposed to go back to the Navy on Wednesday, but my LCPO has already suggested possibly increasing my leave time due to the blurriness, as well, I won't be much use due to the restrictions upon my lifting any weight, being able to drive, etc etc. We shall see -sighs-
