There are many artists I love and Moebius is definitely one of them. Alphonse Mucha, Norman Rockwell, JC Leyendecker. Quite a few contemporary comic artists...Adam Hughes, Frank Cho, Alex Ross, Tula Lotay... The list is quite long I'm afraid.

I'm not familiar with most of your list, but I will look up their work.

I have no experience with digital drawing, but I'm going to try ProCreate to start.

Sadly, they will likely try and post it, but there is a stoppage on visual arts posts; illustrations, comics and illustrated stories.
At least for now, while the. new "no nudity" policy is worked out.

Indeed. Hope some sense prevails in that regard. But I'm sure the story can still be published without the illustrations, if it comes to that.
