My Dark Castle

Hehehe.................might have a steam cleaner around here, or will that cause shrinkage do you think? :D
It's pretty steamy in here already and it hasn't seemed to have any affect on the way things are shaping up.

Oh I would never try to put your fire out.....hmmm is that even possible? As a matter of fact - I'd like to keep blowing on the embers and get that pile of wood burning even hotter.

Yes, just keep blowing (on the embers). The fire will eventually die out once the "wood" is consumed.

Oh, don't mind us. We're just keeping the place warm. ;)

I loved the decorating ideas you had. Can you work around us?

Well I may have to move a limb occassionally, but as long as you don't mind ;)

You know - I think that "consuming" the wood will probably NOT let the fire go out. Besides adding your heat to my heat is gonna keep the blaze going for a good long time.

(Looks) Nope no shrinkage :D

(Looks again) Yep quite steamy! ;)

I think the fire is in expert hands, so everythings good. :cathappy:

All that looking.........I wanna see - please oh please show me. I can't adequately manage the fire or the wood without visual confirmation of the condition of both.

Oh, i think i'll let you "consume" for a while longer, although i'm sure you are correct.

Hopefully the combined heat will not melt anything else in the room. I would hate to have to pay for damages. (Even though it would be a small price to pay for the exquisite attention.)

Oh these castles are pretty fire-proof. I have noticed something melting though - or is that just moisture gathering? ;)

Begging? The fire is definitely getting hotter.

Visual confirmation? Oh yes, part of the training. We'll see...

First rule when going into or near a fire - Get on your knees and stay there. I'm just being a good little firefighter and since batting eyelashes didn't work I had to resort to begging. (I do some of my best work on my knees) ;)

Oh, i forgot about the fire-proof thing. The moisture is another thing entirely. That most certainly will have to be dealt with. I know just the thing to take care of it. :p

That position will do just fine for dealing with that moisture problem as well.

All Aboard! :p

So, it seems like everyone else has their own thread and I thought what the heck?

Come in, say hi, hang out for a bit...

I promise I don't bite (well, unless you ask :) )

Oops, i think i forgot to say hi. Nice place! I have to apologize if we left anything out of place. It got a "little" rowdy in here today.

Awfully quiet in here. Might be a good time to replace the cushions. :)

You have to let the draw-bridge down each day if'n you want visitors.

I love how these doors all have that squaky, unoiled sound, by the way. Work hard to keep it that way? :p
