It involves the stepson of ex-wife. We married early and after fifteen years we part when she finds a new man who can give her the sexual pleasure I could not. Her new husband is not shy in letting me know that he is my sexual superior.

I manage to move on and find new partner. Then I get invited to wedding and go with my partner not realising ex and her husband will be there. Worse still he has brought his son. Now 17 the last time I saw him was four years ago when he laid me out for harassing my ex. He is now the fully formed stud his dad is.

My current girlfriend has no idea about my past as I have tried to keep her away from my old life. But the stepson has his eyes on her...

This story could also possibly go under non-consent/reluctance. It could be that the girlfriend doesn't want to cheat on her partner but the stepson forces her to have sex with him to get back at you.

definately an intriguing storyline. the trick is developing the multiple relationships in a solid way - you and ex, you and her new partner, you and his son, him and your new partner, etc. Each one has its own dynamic that feeds into the story. What ultimately brings the son and your s/o together? force/rape? manipulation? seduction (maybe she is unfulfilled by you too, but too nice to say/do anything)?

I certainly am not into the idea of non consent. The reason the women have chosen these men is because they can offer sexual satisfaction that I do not.

You are right though Voyage. A lot of the story is in the interractions between me and her new husband, ex and me, me and step-son and step-son and new girlfriend.

The dynamic for me is in my utter embarassment as I see history repeating itself with my new girl and his son.

Interesting. It's right to say there'd be a lot of development. In fact I'd have to say it's probabyl two stories, one the taking of the old wife, one the new wife. Unless that would kill the momentum? Should the first wife's fall be described in it's own right or be backstory?

This would be possible if the first wife leaving took place when the protaganist was around twenty and the man is now around 40. If that's the case the son could also knock up the new wife. Or is that getting too far away.

I've read this several times; any idea why this is?

One theory is that cuckolded husbands read these and get mad about their own situation and seeing it written down.

This sounds about right to me as the public messages left on such stories often concern the characters rather than the writing, or believing that the author is re-telling actual events.

I was wondering... Do you see their first encounter as almost "non consent" (or she had too much to drink at the reception, etc.) or does she have an interest in "stepping out" and flirts back with the step-son?

Instead of doinga non consent, do a reluctance story.

Your girlfriend finds the step son attractive but doesn't want to cheat you. But the more time she spends with your ex's stepson the more she want to have sex with him.

I like the idea that she is reluctant at first but she comes to realise that his mom was right to leave those years ago and that it is natural for her to want to try a superior male to. And the fact that I can see it happening but cannot stop it.
