my cat is a crack head

it's 11:30, I finally rolled out of bed, my cat keeps trying to attack my hair when I tried to sleep. i hide under all the blanket he climbs under to try and hit me. now that i forced myself up he is jumping all over my room occasionally jumping out of nowhere when i am eatting skittles. he chases things that arent there. He bit my wrist so hard he drew blood. He's got a cold i figured he would be calm, no he is meowing out the window that is fogged over. if there was ritlin for cats he would definately need it. Is there anyway to stop him from biting me so hard? These scars are getting hard to cover up.

It sounds as thought he's just a cracker head. Buy him some toys but stay away from the ones laced with catnip (cat crack).
Eventually, he'll wear himself out.

both of us have gotten him toys, he doesnt want anything to do with them, only things he plays with are candy wrappers and straws he can find her little brothers leave laying around
