Now there's no more tasty grease going to waste after I pan fry ("sautee" as they say in chef school) chicken breasts and other items.

1 Loukanikos
2 pcs sourdough bread

Cut loukaniko in thirds, then cut each third lengthwise in half. Fry 10 min in olive oil or canola. Set aside, butter the bread and fry it on high heat until not soggy and all grease is absorbed.

Why would you eat toast when you could do this?

I clicked on thinking you were talking about Bunuelos or Sopapillas. If you like fried bread, try those.

Presuming that the worse your heart is, the more he sees you, and the more he sees you, the more he makes, I put the odds at even money that he's the one who sold you sausage.

Senility.

I thought that post was by Roscoe.

I used to live in Astoria. Miss the food terribly.

Yeah, I preferred living in Prospect Heights, but the one thing I did miss from Astoria was the food.
