Once you had decent lasagna you don't want to ever go back

If I see lasagna with cottage cheese someone's gonna be wearing it cause I'm not eating it.

Ricotta cheese is not cottage cheese, people need to learn that.


I make a fantastic lasagna, and other dishes, the thing is I'd rather someone else cook for me.

I like ricotta cheese, people put cottage cheese instead cause it's cheaper and easier to find, but it's easier to find now than it used to be.

Ahh, Chianti. Good stuff.....
You know, I was almost moved to tears when a reliable source told me that the Chianti bottles we have grown to love are to be no more.......

Can't give you a time frame but it may happen.......

There's a few good Northern Italian wines too, also cheap...

Please don't tell me they are going to start using those fake corks.

I agree with you about sugar in the sauce. I think people feel they need it when they use canned tomatoes to cut the tangy metallic taste. But actually, carrots make a better sweetener.
