Just wondering, what kind of car does everybody have on this site? I'm a Ford person, myself... how many of you have 94 - 98 'Stangs / Cobra's?

Mike

2000 Blood Red Stang, just basic 6cyl coupe. Though it can do triple digits easy if she wants to.

This is Ford Country, friends dont let friends drive chevies.

Nice thread, but it really should go in the Darkroom which is more of a lounge, no pics.

Good luck on this thread!!

Ford's rule

I'm redoing a '67 pony that has no rust or body work. Unfortunatley, it had a heart transplant. Got a 302 from a '72 Torino.

Decided to beef it up. New rods and TRW pistons. hardened crank, slightly heavy cam, high rise with 2 600 cfm Holly's. Now gonna turn her on her side and sandblast the underneath and paint it Imron black.

Mustang

2007 Mustang Convertible. Black top, red body.
I kept driving by it and one day I just pulled in and said to the salesman
"What's the best price, right now?"
He went and talked to his manager and ten minutes later we had a deal.
I picked it up the next day.

Reminds me of a high school friend who's father had one of the early Mustangs. What year was that? 1965? '66? It was a burgundy color, I think, and it had a 289 in it. At that time I used to date in my Mom's For LTD. It was the first year I think that vinyl tops became available. That car had a 390 in it, but just a two barrell.

Anway, my friend was dating a really hot girl who's pants I sooo wanted to get into. Trouble was, I wasn't and he was! On more than one night I swapped cars with him. Not a bad trade if I didn't have a date that night. His Dad's 289 cu. in. Mustang with 4-on-the-floor for my Mom's Ford LTD with a bench seat in the front and back. Worst part was going home after we traded back vehicles at the end of the evening and that LTD smelling like Kay's pussy. That meant two things were sure to happen-

1) I had to leave the car windows down for the evening in the carport to air out the vehicle and then get up at oh-dark hundred to roll them back up before Mom got up to go to work.

2) As soon as I would get to bed on those nights I would masturbate to the lingering fragerance of Kay's sex and fantasize of doing to her what I knew damn well my friend was done that evening! [sigh]

One more thing, speaking of Torino's. The first car I ever owned (with some help from Dad) was a 1968 Ford Torino GT Fastback. Had 4 speed floor shift and the optional 390 in it, but alas, no 4-barrell.

Way back in yesteryear, I had a '63 Olds Starfire conv. This was a monster boat. The front seat passenger could cross his/her legs and so could the back seat riders, with comfort.
Well, because of the size, we would use this for a rolling pussy wagon. ( before vans, mind you ) One night, a friend was driving and I was getting my rocks off with a sweet older gal. She was worried that he would turn and look. I asured her that he was too drunk to take his eyes off the road. Next thing ya know, she looks and he's lookin' back. Sorta killed the mood.
Soo turn-a-bout is fair play
Next week was his turn in the back seat with whomever. I was driving and just waiting until the breathing got good and hot. when I figured it was the right time, I spun around and slapped him as hard as I could on his ass. He drove it home and yelled. She gasped for breath as I'm sure her navel was pushed out of position forever.
After that, there was a agreement not to disturb the other couple. The rear view mirror was perfectly acceptable, unbenounced to the ladies.

They didn't have vans in the Sixties? WTF?!?

Vans in the 60's? lol. Yep, We had little Ford Econoline vans with 6 cyl. Little Dodge vans with slant 6's and I think Chevy had something like a Corvair van with a 6 cyl.
Today I have a Hemi Ram Quad Cab and a 2000 Vette Convertible. Damn, times do change. I dated in a slant 6 Valiant. lol. Sure glad that car can't talk. lmao.

Sorry to confuse anyone. What I meant was no party wagons, pussy wagons, hippie vans ( early 60's). things like that. The vans that were there were all work vans with only a few converted into party wagons.

Once in a while a mind-fart pops up.
