I got this feedback below. I though someone might be able to use it. Does nothing to inspire my writing.

We are a married couple and loved your story. We
are muslims somewhere in the middle east and want
to read muslim characters in your stories.
We'd love to assist you any way you like about
the our culture and custom.
Here are some names for your convenience, just
in case.
Male names: Akhtar,Jamil,Imran,Naved,Jamal.
Female names: Jamila,Nazia,Samina,Sadia,Fozia.

I took the next step and bought a "35,000 + Baby Names" book. (By Bruce Lansky.) It's a great source for people wanting to get away from "Jane", "John", "Lucy", etc. It'll give a name's origin and it's meaning. Lots of ethnic and "modern" American names as well.

Of course, the first copy I ever bought freaked out my mother since I was still in high school. lol
