Thanks to Lost&found I think there is a way to swap music (and other) files. The website for file hosting is here . Upload a song that you want to share and post the URL here. Click and then right click link to save and its yours.

Requests??

Hope it works. Here is my first.

Blind Melon ~ Soul One

One of my faves.
has anyone here tried limewire?

I do have a Ramones CD somewhere, just have to find it ... The only Bob Marley I have is "Legend" & "Exodus" ... Somewhere ...

Correct me if I am wrong ... Isn't "Classical Gas" by Mannheim Steamroller ???

got a few tricky ones for ya, has anyone got the opening theme for the film 'the day after tomorrow'? it's by harold Kloser. And the terminator theme music.

We Rule Limewire!

Seriously, its much more fun and far less cumbersome and annoying to get peoples' favorites this way than to have to go look them up on a filesharing system. :)

Does anyone have some NRBQ? Or Little Feat? Or maybe Les Dudek (especially Ol' Judge Jones)?

I have some Christmas/Holiday music - Jazz to the World, also some Mannheim Steamroller (I think I have the Fresh Air cd), if anyone would like.

Thanks.

'Trane and Duke. Greatness.

From Jazziz:
"At a recent gathering of Ellington band alumni organized by Jazz at Lincoln Center, bassist John Lamb recalled the sessions for Duke Ellington & John Coltrane: "There was no music on that whole date. Nobody had a chart. We came in and we were standing there, waiting to see what would happen. 'Trane would go and sit on the piano bench with Duke. They didn't talk, but Duke would be singing ... and 'Trane would go ... Then, after they did that for a few minutes, they got up. 'Trane would go to his microphone, Duke would start playing, and the rhythm section, we had to do for ourselves, you know. That's it. He didn't even tell you the key. He could communicate without words, and 'Trane could hear it."

NOW listen and appreciate.

And thanks for ripping at 320. ;)

Does anyone have personal experience with a .wma to .mp3 converter that you download?

Now that I've found them, there are a million, and I'd like to see if anyone has actually used one that works well and is simple to install/operate.
