I don't know that this is true across the board, but it appears to be for me:
It seems to have that problem when an apostrophe is in the title of the mp3 and thus in the url of the page.

Originally, one of mine in my second set did (Sequent 'C'), but when I removed the apostrophe from the mp3 name and uploaded it again, that error was no longer given, for me at least.

Let me see what I can rip. I will upload some old stuff.

Three guitars; Satriani, Vai and Malsteen is actually a good show, though Vai really needs to lose the long coat and glitter.

I understand completely.

I was being very anal when I uploaded them and using the Preview Post feature and I noticed that one gave the "Java Script Must be Enabled" error, so I tried to figure out what was different about that one from the other three in my post.

I know, there's so much in this thread, it's really quite a lot.
