Gads I'm so old I didn't even know what a mush mud was... and besides that, what one person views as "fantasy crap" is another person's actual reality, so it's a bit difficult to offer suggestions that rule out "that fantasy craqp"

I've never really been in the market for online RP, sorry = \ except, like, neverwinter nights, which we don't speak of anymore *shifty eyed*

A lot of people have been talking about Second Life lately. Apparently it has an amazing assortment of BDSM and sexual objects in it.
A few people I know are a bit TOO addicted to the place though. It sounds like fun as I've always loved to play around in MUDs, but I won't check it out because I have a hard time seeing the level of addiction and "this is exactly the same as reality!" that goes on for some.
I used to play on Furcadia years ago, although I have no interest in Furre, it was fun and I met some awesome people on there, including a long time very good friend who actually helped me realize I had submissive qualities, despite being rather vanilla himself lol. He's cool.
I think Furcadia still exists, although no idea if the BDSM "clubs" still do. There are too many kiddies on there...second life at least has adult only limitations in place and have recently tightened that security by requiring age identification.
I'm not sure why I'm answering this considering the OP is looking for a fantasy online RPG that lacks "fantasy". Not sure how that works.

Actually, MUDs, MUSHes, MOOs, Talkers, and the like (often abbreviated as MUX or MU*) are very old-school online communication. They are text-only and they have been around since before 1990. As for what the OP's looking for, assuming I have parsed the lolspeak properly...
Are you familiar with cybersexing at all? How on earth is any of it "really good bdsm" without being "fantasy crap" - the two go hand in hand. If you want to know about some BDSM mu*, you might find out where the players of Sanctuary scattered to...they closed down a week ago. There's also Shangri-la, slave cave, Akashat...really any Google search will find these.
