I wish I had some answers for you but unfortunately I don't. Just make sure that she is comfortable and in a position that does not make her spasm too much. Put a pillow under her buttocks maybe to lift her up. I feel for you and her both.

....what feels good. It sounds like her spastisity is pretty bad.....so be gentle. Also, she may have decreased sensation and/or complete numbness in certain areas of her body. Ask her where she has sensation...what feels good.
Another unfortunate side effect of the spastisity is painful spasms brought on by orgasm. A male friend of mine suffered from this. You friend may not, but be aware that it could happen.
Talk to her while making love. Let her know how desirable she is...how much you love her. She may be alittle self concience because of the changes in her body brough on by the MS.

Dont know if you will find this intresting but the Ex drummer of the rock group Iron Maiden Has ms and is infortunatly getting worse and to try to hilight the issue Iron Maiden are playing 3 nights as a charity benifit.
there will be about 4500 of us each night and all of the ticket sales are going to the Clive Burr ms fund thats aprox £112500
to start with plus the ticket agency are donating part of the booking fee and also Maiden are releasing a single again proceeds to the fund along with the merchandise sold at the venue
