Yes it is funny, though at one time the whole world was just as repressed as the muslims. Of course women had less of a say in things than the muslim women do now to.

Actually, until very recently you would find the word spelled Moslem more often than not. What they really care about is how it is pronounced since mawz-lem sounds like "oppressed" in Arabic.

Besides the extreme Muslim sects seem to be full of delicious little sexual deviants. Back to my mentioning of the Australian mufti who drew a comparison between women who were gang raped by young Muslim men to being uncovered meat around animals. And I quote here: "You can't blame the animals".
