It's a bit late, as it's already 5.20pm here, but Happy Mother's Day to all you mum's everywhere, even if you're not in the UK.

Happy MILF's Day all you hot English Mothers. Seduce one of your son's friends, you deserve it.

I've just returned from a Mother's Day meal in a local restaurant.

We went in the late afternoon to avoid the lunch time rush. The meal was reasonable but the staff were shell-shocked after the crowd at lunch time. Our three-year-old granddaughter behaved well for a three year old, as did the other young children. Apparently the children who came at lunch time had been absolute horrors.

Granddaughter had her first full-length spaghetti. She watched Grandad with his spaghetti before winding her spaghetti carefully on her fork. The eventual mess was less than a normal meal. All she needed afterwards was a wiped chin. Her mother, grandmother and grandad were impressed. Her father and aunt always expect her to perform well.

Just had my mum round and cooked for her and my wife. Daren't let the kids loose on a Sunday roast.
