More on the Flynn case

Republicans are in charge of the branch of government that enforces the law.

You're right, they are.

You know what the law says when the government tries to prosecute someone with fabricated evidence?

Republicans are in charge of the branch of government that enforces the law.

The Obama DOJ is not the Republican Party, It is the Republican AG however who exposed the malicious prosecution of Flynn by the Obama DOJ holdovers and who filed a motion to dismiss the prosecution of Flynn on legal grounds and in the interests of justice.

You bought Flynn's lies.

So at any time during the prosecution, start to finish, Trump was calling the shots?
If this is all political, as Vetteman claims, why did Trumplet the prosecution start? Why doesn't Trump end everything today by pardoning Flynn?

You are too dumb for words. Trump didn't start the prosecution of Flynn Obama did. I have no clue or give a shit what vetteman claims, ya dumb SOB.

I don't know that the evidence is fabricated but assuming it is, then what?

The documents supporting the government's case against Flynn have been released. They do not support the allegations AT ALL and in fact exonerate the Defendant.

One of the pieces of evidence is the original FBI 302 from the interview. It's "missing" and all that's left is an "altered" 302. Altering an existing document is called "fabrication of evidence" and it's a crime. Peter Strzok is the person who "altered" the 302.

That evidence has been fabricated is shown by other documents from both before and after the "alteration" of the 302. That exculpatory evidence wasn't released to the defense in violation of law. Those violations of law are the result of prosecutoral misconduct resulting in PERsecution of the accused. Further, prosecuting someone with fabricated evidence is itself a crime.

Which is why the government has joined with the Defense in a motion to dismiss the case.

When was Flynn 1st approached by the FBI?
I'm making note that you didn't answer a lot of the questions here.

Then why did Flynn admit guilt? Twice.

For a barrister, you're a terrible debater.

Has Strzok been convicted?

I find it odd that you're trying to debate something without having the smallest inkling of the facts or events.

Why?

1. Because his former counsel recommend he do so.

2. Because he apparently had sufficient personal reasons to do so.

Not debating anything. Asking legitimate questions. Trump has been in charge of the executive branch for 3.5 years. He could have stopped prosecution, dropped charges or pardoned Flynn at anytime. Why has he chosen not to do so?

1. Because as President, he may be in charge of the Administrative Branch but there's a "wall" between him and the Justice Department.

2. Because you don't support Law & Order by intervening. You support Law & Order by letting Justice play out to the end.

I don't know if Trump sees it that way.

The "official" FBI investigation on Flynn began in August of 2016 and was concluded in January with a recommendation of closing the case for lack of derogatory information uncovered. On January 5, 2017 a White House meeting was held where the plan to frame Flynn was hatched. Comey carried out the plan to frame Flynn on the 24th of January 2017 when he sent two agents into the White House to brace the General and set him up for a perjury trap in order to develop grounds to get him out of the way of their plan to take Trump out. There's no way they could take out Trump with Flynn, a true intelligence expert, in the way.

The new President was faced with several agencies filled with Obama holdovers doing all they could to sabotage him and his administration.
