it wasn't even an injury, just increasing pain since May. When it got in the way of some of the walking I wanted to do in Scotland, I finally went to the doctor. The cartilage under the kneecap [meniscus] is just ragged and worn from wear. Hoping the PT will strengthen leg muscles to better support the knee.
