I've been doing physical therapy for my knee, trying to strengthen muscles to better support the knee cap so it's not rubbing on the ragged edges of my meniscus. This means I'm flopping down here and there about the house doing various leg raises, bridges, etc. He caught me at it.

If I caught you looking like that, I might not just take a pic!!!!

You have my sympathy...I've torn mine in the past.
Therapy wasn't so easy, though. Everytime I attempted to work my knee someone would sit on me.

yes, I'm lucky that my meniscus isn't torn. It just has ragged edges from wear and tear. I just have to accept a certain amount of pain in movement and Keep Moving!
