One point, moonlight elf. [Warning: I am not a lawyer] If you voluntarily allow him to remain, even once, in a building/room if you are there, you effectively have no more protection. [It is a LOT more compicated than that.] If he needs to occupy a building/room while you are there, tell him he has a lawyer. Send the lawyer instead.

Thanks, I hadn't though of that. I'll be going over the finer details with my advocate next week. I'll bring this up cause we do go to the same University so there is a chance, slim but still there that he might have the same class as me.

I'm glad things worked out okay for you. It seems kind of odd to me that he would have a lawyer. It's as if he didn't want the court to protect you from him. Gee, I wonder why that is! Just more proof that you did the right thing.
