I tried my hand in taboo stories under mother and son incest category. I posted it recently but it got rejected. I corrected few punctuations but now I don't know what else to do to get it pass through with the moderators.

I have no portrayal that is under 18. Secondly they haven't given me any reason why it was rejected so I am clueless.

The site has a set of standard generic rejection notices. Read it again - there will be something.

I don't think anybody is saying you did, but it's easy to "Check" that checkbox. I've said it once and I'll say it again. I got hit by the rejection bot because one of my characters was having sex with his high school crush, years after high school, which I'd made very clear, but he said, "I've wanted to do this since ninth grade!" and that got Noped. I changed it to, "I've wanted to do this for ages!" Or something vague like that and it got through.

BUT they did tell me why it got rejected, I don't think it was immediately obvious but I had to dig in a little to find it. I did look, doesn't look like you got your story posted yet. Hopefully you're still working at it.
