hey guys, just checkin in. I was going to take some pics at faire this past weekend and then I realized that I left my digital camera's adaptor thingy for the computer back in Vermont with the very last of my stuff. So even if I did take the pics, I can't upload them for you. *laugh* Duh. I'll go back eventually and get it all. Just have to figure out what the hell I'm doing...
For those of you who haven't heard, I DID NOT go to West Virginia. My heart simply wasn't in it. So I'm doing Renaissance Festivals in Ohio on weekends and chilling in Michigan during the week. It's going pretty good for me so far. I've also had a couple interviews at a place in Northern Michigan for an Event Manager position at a prestigious Inn. I have to go back up there Tuesday and meet with the F&B Director-
I'm not sure I want this job entirely, even though it's $28,000 a year salary with benefits. The problem is that I've sorta met someone down in Ohio and would really, REALLY like to see where things go with him. He's entirely restored my faith in men, by the way. True gentlemen do exist still! And he's Scottish...mmmmm.
Got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and have been sleeping most of it off. Only complication so far has been that my lip is still numb, so on top of the amoxicillan and vicodin extra strength, they've also put me on steroids. Weee. Makes for a very drugged lil girl.
Hope everyone's doing well, I'll try and update more often. I'll also see if I can't get some new pics up from faire, but I'm not making any promises!
