Of course it's a good thing... I think And yes, I slept well. Woke up early to do some yoga then rode my bike to class today. Feelin good, except I just ate so I'm a bit stuffed.

I can't very well go to class naked... especially when it's still kinda chilly up here. It's a bit colder at 2,200 ft.
