Dear Barbara: I'm up through Chapter Three of Mistress Barbara. I have read all your previous stories, beginning with "The Willful Exhibitionist" and enjoy the continuing theme that you have continued into MB very much. What are your plans after you post your last chapter of MB? Surely, you won't allow these wonderful characters which you have created to disappear from the literary scene. Can you put everything so far into book form that we can buy to have to read at our leisure when the computer screen begins to blur in front of our old eyes? If you don't completely tie the earlier chapters into MB, you could include them as an introduction or a prelude to set the readers mind into expostion and voyeurism. Please think about it.
Thanks! John at volvosu@hotmail.com

About Publication.

John,
As you requested, I thought about all the implications of publication in the traditional form. IE Books, readily available on the bookshelves throughout the world. It is an exciting thought.
I imagine communities like that of Maple Lake springing up all over the world. The possibilities are endless!
Do you know anybody that might be interested in the rights to publication? I am a benevolent Mistress and I might be happy to take a share in the enormous profits, rather than a humungus advance cheque. I realise that most large publishers typically offer advances of millions of dollars for work such as mine, but I have never been greedy.
I would happly compromise, and save the major publishers from going into overdraft to accomodate the kind of advance cheque that "Addicted To Attention" so richly deserves.
I would merely take enormous satisfaction from seeing my ideas come to life in reality, knowing that I may have helped to make the world a better place.
I won't spoil the storyline for the readers that have yet to finish reading this major literary work on this site.
Chapter 16 of Mistress Barbara won't be on site until the 30th of July 2001. Intending publishers should be aware that I have taken the liberty of editing the novel "Addicted to Attention" specifically and exclusively for the viewers of Literotica. [The full novel is far more "IN DEPTH" in the political and moral implications of such a move toward the change in systems of government that would be needed, for my ideas to work in reality.]
With current looming recessions in world economies, my offer to intending publishers may yet take on new meaning.
I hope to have it published next year. Then you will get your wish John.
