The small paper clip to the right of your thread lists all your attachments, if you open it - it says how many times each was viewed.

I questioned his theory because BOTH of our most viewed photos were the first photo's we posted. I thought because the default view on LIT was oldest to newest, that the only reason the photos were highest viewed ius because they were first.

He debunked my theory originally ... but appears to have given it more thought.

I have always found that the first pic gets tons of views. People are always curious what a thread has to offer. Once a base of regulars is created, then one can compare.

I think it also depends on where a pic lands on the standard 25 posts per page view. If it is one of the last posts on a page, it can get passed over rather easily.

Or maybe just mine can.

Sometimes a photo gets linked in a another thread or the picture is embedded in a reply.

But I could be wrong.

No, I think you're quite right.

I also like to believe that the common man perhaps isn't JUST looking for tits and ass? That perhaps an alluring smile with a hint of what else is there may be sexier in some ways than over-exposure?

What? Okay, sometimes common man shocks himself by appreciating not tits and ass.

Something else to look for.

Watch when five pics are posted at the same time. The first and last get the most views. It's not because they are clicking on them twice, it's because common man has no patience.

Commonly, the last pic in a set will show more.

I need a stamp of approval for moments like these. I must also confess to falling into comman man practices once or twice and looking at the first and last of a set of photos before venturing into the middle bits (but I always look at the middle ones too!).
