Miranda Rights

Maybe we should have a Literotica Miranda.

You have the right to remain silent, if you give up that right anything you say can and will be used in flames against you.

You have the right to post links to back up your opinions. If you can not provide links they will be provided by posters smarter than you who will use them to flame your dumbass.

yo even allen iverson says that the cops are all dirty and shit and they want to kill him if they get a chance so if allen iverson says its true it must be cause why would he lie bout the cops

The key words in Miranda are "anything you say." This includes what is said at the detention process, or even at the initial conversation process with the cops. One can be detained for about 30 minutes without being placed under arrest, and not be read their rights - if you don't know them, you might screw yourself. Most people who get busted for running their mouths gave the cops enough info during the detention process to merit their arrest.

I decline to speak to the police at the 7-11 coffee bar - you never know what might be taken the wrong way.

The Fourth and Fifth Amendments are very specific, and the Ninth Amendment gives us all a right to privacy, along the lines of the Roe v Wade decision.

Sadly, I believt that the Guvmint just wants bodies, and it's the cops job to produce them. Talking to cops is benign at best, and may have unintended consequences.
