Honestly I don't mind winter, yes it's a bit chilly but no bugs, my allergies are almost non existent and it's a great excuse to fool around in front of the fire.

I belive it had to do with the sudden change in temperature. Everything go trapped and didn't blow away. At least that is my understanding.
