Just a l'il tip I got from the hotter than hell waitress at Red_Rose's batchelorette party. I think Gravy was skeered he'd have to keep me from dipping her in ranch and wing sauce...

I love to insert my hard skewer into some choice meat and get it all hot and moist over an open fire. I occasionally slather on some sauce to keep it from getting dry. I like it real hot and juicy but also like it to see some pink in the middle. Then I slowly slide the hot juicy meat off of my hard steel rod and eat it with my fingers. Mmmm mmm, finger lickin' good.

What?I just enjoy cooking, that's all.

I love the mouth feel as it first slides between my lips, the way the hot juices feel as they melt over my tongue, the tender, yet firm, texture and the indescribable flavor that just bursts in your mouth.

That's just the kind of thing that a good cook likes to hear. It takes a lot of effort to create a satisfying meal like that and it's nice when you hear that it is appreciated. Sometimes I beat the meat for hours, just making sure that it will be tender enough for whomever puts it in their mouth. Ya know? And the bursting part? Well, that's just satisfying in itself. Sometimes It's good to be the chef.
