It's a massage lotion called "midnite fire" It's supposed to warm up when rubbed or when you blow on it.

Have never tried that particular brand. But have tried other warming lotions. They are very nice and come in some delicious flavors too

I have tried different brands and they are good. Just don't go too close to REALLY sensitive areas, some ppl have bad reactions to them!
